When I joined the program I was unable to stand for more than a couple of minutes, and walking about 20 yards was almost impossible. My pain was probably as bad as 2 out of 10.
Now, I can say that I have reached 10 most of the time. I'm aware that both legs are the same length whereas before I was convinced that one leg was longer than the other as I couldn't stand up straight!
I’m feeling full of energy and pain-free these days. I just want to keep on moving and working. I can’t believe the difference.

Since joining The Vitality Blueprint life is completely different now.
At the start of this program my pain was 1 out of 10. Now I'm nearly a 10 out of 10. I can do so much more than I thought I would ever be able to do, just little things like carrying shopping bags. I haven’t been able to do that in 2 1/2 years.
But the biggest thing of all is that I can run completely pain-free. I couldn’t even run before I did my back in, let alone be able to take up running now.
My body feels so much stronger. I feel I can achieve and do anything. I couldn’t be happier - life is not just about my back anymore.

The experience has been life changing for me. I have learnt so much about my body and how it works and how it supports me.
I don’t know why this approach is not taught in schools. It would save the NHS millions. I would say I was at around 3 or 4 in terms of how I felt about the possibility of being pain free. I had tried osteopathy, physiotherapy and chiropractic but none of them resolved my pain. I am now at around 8 or 9.
My pain is now mild and much easier to work with and resolve. I feel much more confident that I can move up to a 9/10. Finding an effective way to lessen and resolve my pain has been life changing. I was beginning to lose heart and felt really frustrated. Learning that I could help my body heal itself through simple and subtle movements was a real breakthrough.
